I got involved with Young Living's Ningxia Red while I was in massage school. I thought I'd give it a try and if I didn't get results, I could always stop using it. Since users of the wolfberry in China were riding their bicycles at age 90 with full mental capacity, what could it hurt? Per doctor's order I was supposed to be taking daily doses of calcium supplements since my hips were teetering on the edge of osteoporosis. Osteopenia was in full bloom according to my bone density scan at age 46.
By the time I took my next bone density test, I had been taking 1 ounce of Ningxia Red daily for about 9 months. To my amazement (and my doctor's) my bone density in my hips was reading normal! In less than one year, I reversed osteopenia in my hips! I believe, all due to Ninxgia Red. You see I was supposed to be taking calcium supplements daily but that only lasted about 3 weeks AND I was supposed to be exercising regularly (or more) and as typical, I found every reason to do something other than go to the health club. So, I am attributing Ningxia Red for reversing osteopenia in my hips. This is GOOD STUFF!!
Something else I noticed too. One day I was sitting on the floor brushing my cat, and when I was ready to get back up, I sprung up from the floor with ease. I remember pausing for a moment as I said to myself, "that was weird'". I can't remember the last time I got up from the floor without grimacing from stiffness.Could it be Ningxia Red? I think so!
I must say that my body aches a lot less (if at all) when I get up in the morning which is a good thing now that I am 50. I consider myself to be living proof that Ningxia Red makes your body stronger. Currently, I have been using the product for about 4 years and not only do I feel stronger physically, I get sick less often and when I do get sick, the duration is much shorter.
Now days, the only thing that my muscles and joints ache from is yoga once a week.
